GT Transmissions Online strives to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. We have provided our shipping and return policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us..

Our Shipping Policy

Most orders placed before 3PM EST will ship same business day.
If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24 hours from time of order.
All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or shipping holidays.
GT Transmissions Online reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:

GT Transmissions Online is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier". All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and GT Transmissions Online that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. GT Transmissions Online has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, GT Transmissions Online will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
Non Defective Returns:


All non defective merchandise can be returned for credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping fees. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact us.
All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
Merchandise must not be altered or tampered with in any way..
Original merchandise packaging must not be defaced or altered in any way.
All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and/or instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise. A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.

Defective Merchandise

- Any merchandise which prove to be defective within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. After 30 days all equipment warranty is only valid through the manufacturer only. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

Contact our offices within 30 Days for a return authorization number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.
All defective returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.
Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to GT Transmissions Online in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment. GT Transmissions Online will pay shipping costs for replacement merchandise.

Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the event this occurs, please call immediately. If you have any questions, please contact us..

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH THE MANUALS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. ANY MERCHANDISE NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED PACKAGING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN.
